Skelmorlie and Wemyss Bay Parish Church will be hosting a service to remember friends and family, particularly when many were unable to attend funeral services during Covid.
The event will be an opportunity to reflect with hymns and prayers - it is called A Service of Loss and Renewal - and is being conducted by the Linked Charges of Inverkip, and Skelmorlie and Wemyss Bay Parish Churches.
It is open to everyone whether they go to church or not, with all those attending made welcome.
A church spokesperson said: "Throughout life we all experience loss in one way or another. Join us as we come together to reflect and find healing through God's word."
This special event takes place on Sunday, October 8 at 3pm.
