The four-bedroom property, located at Flat 5, 7-9 Acre Avenue on the south side of Largs, will appear on Channel 4 show Kirsty and Phil's Love it or List It at 8pm on Wednesday.
The much-loved TV show, hosted by Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp, sees the hosts compete to assist homeowners in deciding whether to keep or sell their home.
