It's the return of the Millport Scooter Rally which comes roaring into town this weekend. Hundreds of scooters are expected to make the journey to The Isle of Cumbrae for one of the top calendar dates in the scooter rally calendar, and Millport always provides a special welcome.
The bikers are returning for their sixth year with live bands such as Dogtooth and Esperanza and entertainment throughout Millport at various venues.
The atmosphere really gets going on Friday evening as all the scooters arrive with live music in the Newton Bar with the northern soul room, and the marquee at the Garrison hosts DJ Alex Carnabay and guests, with The Cherry Reds on stage, and top DJs in the DA Hall.
The live music and fun continues at the Garrison marquee on Saturday with stalls, DJs all day with live stage including Dogtooth, and custom trophies.
A Round Island Scooter parade takes place at midday on the Sunday.
